An apartment for daily rent should please everybody. And this dictates not only the hotel-style but also special functionality. A man enters the corridor - he needs to sit down and take off his shoes, put his shoes in the wardrobe, hang his outer clothing there. Then take the shopping bags to the kitchen and to take them not through the whole apartment. The kitchen is designed more for heating food, rather than cooking, so it is small. But there is a full living room for parties with friends and two bedrooms. We sold this apartment on a turn-key basis. We have fitted into the deadlines and budget, for us, this is the standard.
There is no large living room in the apartment, but the soft corner (coach) is a great place to chat and drink coffee.
The steam refused central heating. We thought that the underfloor heating system throughout the apartment would pay off in three years.
A separate outlet is planned for charging the robot cleaner. Not forgetting this, we avoided even small sills and ledges.
My daughter is engaged in drawing, so we also needed a place for an easel. We choose it near the window because there is a view of the luxurious Botanical Garden.
