The owner of this apartment is a music producer and perfectionist. The latter was felt even stronger. Straight lines, a clear connecting of all objects, and high-quality construction work were important to him. By millimetres, we calculated the width of the different partitions so that they converge in a single straight line. This required not only precise design but also strict control over the furniture makers. Other contractors were also strict.
The stereo system is sewn into the wall above the TV. It was brought to the site at the stage of drywall work to try on and check.
The bio-fireplace in the living room area is the brightest element of the apartment.
There are exits from the bedroom to the dressing room and the bathroom. The second bathroom is designed for guests.
The moss works as a moisture indicator. If the apartment is dry, the moss dries up. As soon as the humidity rises, it becomes juicier.
The decorative stone helps to mix styles of minimalism and the atmosphere of the tropics.
